Motivational Monday: Flat Belly Workout + 1 Hour High Intensity Playlist to help you get through this weeks workouts!
Happy almost Spring! While this weather is trying to tease us, the warmth is coming! And that means time to get our butts moving again, whether it’s at the gym or outdoors. Remember your New Years resolutions? How are those coming? It’s time for another Motivational Monday post!
We are constantly on the go over here at VGB so I always keep my gum handy because chewing Orbit Gum can help keep your wellness goals on track by minimizing mindless snacking throughout the day (which I’m usually guilty of if I have nothing to chew). Add in some cardio for even faster results. If you’re comfortable with the following workout try adding a 2-3 mile run, hot yoga, tennis, bike ride, or whatever extra cardio you prefer. Don’t forget to use this playlist to keep your momentum and intensity going!
