Homemade Almond Butter Recipe
Don’t be intimidated by the word “homemade”. This recipe is crazy easy – and you’ll be eating totally natural and fresh almond butter, instead of anything oiled down or something you’re not quite sure what’s actually in it.

- 3 cups of dry roasted-unsalted almonds (or however much you want to make)
- 2 tsp Coconut/Olive/Flaxseed Oil (optional)
- Water

Place almonds in the food processor.
Pulse/process until nuts are finely ground. Stop and scrape the sides while processing as needed.
Continue to process until almonds are thick and relatively smooth, resembling almond butter.
**Note – if you are processing and processing, and still just getting the finely ground almonds and not a thick/smooth consistency, add in some water (sparingly at a time) and/or some oil. Add in 1/2-1 tsp at a time, until you get the consistency you desire.
