Simple, easy, healthy, and tasty – making your own Almond Milk is a LOT easier than it sounds! With just two ingredients absolutely needed, this non-dairy, creamy beverage is VERY easy to make and will impress anyone that you made your own milk!

*Before getting started you will need a nut milk bag. You can purchase these for less than $5 at Whole Foods or online on Amazon.

– 1 Cup Almonds
– 4 Cups Filtered Water
– Cinnamon, if desired
– Agave Syrup/Maple Syrup/Honey/Dates, any of these as a sweetener if desired

1. Soak almonds overnight in a bowl soaked in water.

2. Strain water out and place soaked almonds in blender with 2 cups of water. Blend on high for 5 minutes.

3. Pour mixture into nut bag over a bowl. Squeeze the bag until you get all of the liquid out. Throw away the almond crumbles in the bag.

4. If desired, you can sweeten the milk with a little bit of Agave Syrup, Maple Syrup, Honey, or even dates if you blend them into the milk with the blender. You can also add cinnamon or any preferred spices for taste!

That’s literally it! Once done, put it in a jar or pitcher and refrigerate! Usually if you wait a few hours or a day, the flavors sits in more. You’re a pro already!
