Did you know you’re probably living in the wrong size bra? Because you are.
Unless you’ve had a bra fitting this year, most women are suffering because they are in the wrong size bra. Honestly, even if you have had a bra fitting, you’re probably in the wrong size bra. Being in the wrong size bra causes a ton of problems. Breast health is very important. Being in the wrong size bra can cause back pain, breast pain, premature or excessive sagging, shoulder and neck pain, blocked lymph nodes, skin abrasions, it can ruin your posture and even potentially cause breast cancer.
This is why it’s so important to get fitted properly. And please (for the love) go to a legit lingerie shop. I don’t mean one that stops bra sizes at a DD. I have a large chest, currently a double H, so the standard bras don’t work for me. Most big brands that attempt extended sizing for bigger busts just fall short and their bras don’t offer any support and don’t fit right. Besides, most bigger lingerie shops stop at a DD and that is just not going to work for most of America.

If you have anxiety about getting fitted in person, let me assure you it’s very professional and comforting. They make you feel so comfortable. Sure I got a little uncomfortable at first and was starting to become a sweaty betty but that’s just because my old bra was a wreck.
Once Cynthia fitted me I was like a new woman! Calm and confident and I instantly felt better. I felt more beautiful, my posture adjusted, and my husband immediately said, “Wow babe-you look great! That new bra makes you stand taller and look slimmer!” The entire process was so easy. I’m so happy I got fitted. They also have luxurious black robes for modesty in between changing bras as well as giant comfortable dressing rooms.
When I wear a bra from Livi Rae Lingerie, it’s a night and day difference compared to another bra I have. So much so, that I actually left my old bra at Livi Rae and they put it on the bra wall of shame. Hah!
Most large-chested women are forced to stay in a boring nude and black bras because nothing fun comes in our size. Not at Livi Rae Lingerie! They have it all.
