Why I love Hotel Du Vin
Hotel Du Vin in York, England was the most charming quaint luxury hotel and I loved every minute of my stay there. From the warm welcome, to the heated bathroom floors, nothing was left untouched. Hotel Du Vin is centrally located within a 5 min walk to the city centre and the train station. The bathtub was amazing, wait…the entire bathroom was amazing! Did I mention heated floors and a rain shower head plus amazing REN products. The staff was so nice and helpful I felt right at home.
One thing I always do and love about hotel life is room service. Amiright? It’s the best! The way to my heart is pretty easy…it’s through creme brûlée and Hotel Du Vin had the best! I ordered it both nights I was there. It was that good! Their breakfast bar each morning was also legit. All the croissants and fresh juices you could want! There’s a restaurant and bar on site to make dining easy.
Each room is unique. You’re given your very own key and room name tag when you check in. Every day when you leave you can leave your key at the front desk. I think it’s so nostalgic. Their suites you guys… are so badass! The luxury suite, named the Moët Vintage Collection, is the largest and most luxurious room in the hotel. It even has two bathtubs! You’ve got to check it out when you’re there!
They also have tons of amenities like free wifi, same day laundry service, and 24 hour room service.
