Hey blog friends! We’re heading to #BlogHer16 in LA! Will we see you there?
I’m not much of a planner and I love traveling so when Samantha from The Samantha Show (and also apart of the #VGBsquad) says you should come to LA for the #BlogHer16 conference… you go! Because #doitfortheblog right? I mean why not right? That’s basically what I told myself. I’m not one to pass on an opportunity. I’m so excited to be heading to LA this week to meet new bloggers, brands, and of course hear from Sheryl Crow, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prince Jr, and Kim K! Yeah that’s right, Kim Kardashian! Ermahgerd I can’t wait! I’ve never been to a blog conference before so I’m not quite sure to expect but I’m definitely pumped! Blog world in real life will be a little out of my comfort zone I’m guessing but I know it’s worth it. Great things never came from comfort zones.
I checked out the Blog Her ’16 conference site and immediately bought my ticket to Cali! Going, going… back, back… to Cali, Cali! Ahh I love it! There is so much to see and do in California and I’m a little sad we’re only going to be there for the weekend. But so happy we booked this last minute trip from Atlanta to LA to further our blog careers and travel! Because like Samantha says, sometimes you just need to act on impulse… and book a trip to LA.
If you have any tips or recommendations of what to do around downtown Los Angeles I’d love to hear them! Also, if you’re going to the conference message me because I’d love to meet some of my blog friends in real life! Aaayyyy!
