What are you in the MOOD for? My MOOD is… chill. CBD is all the rage right now and I can finally understand why. I got to test it in some new products by AE over the last few weeks so I could share all the details about it with y’all here.

What is MOOD?

1.Is CBD legal?

2. Are CBD and THC the same thing?

No! Although CBD and THC both come from the Cannabis Sativa plant, they are two distinct substances. While CBD can have a calming, relaxing effect, it does not produce the “high” associated with THC.

What it does: It works naturally to create a calming effect.

What it won’t do: It won’t make you feel “high” or “stoned.”

My MOOD

I went to Belize recently and really enjoyed the CBD-infused lip balm that took my lips from chapped to chill. It was moisturizing and protected my lips from the sun. I have it in the refreshed scent cool coconut which is my favorite! I brought everything with me but found myself using the mood zzz pillow mist at every hotel. The soft lavender scent smells amazing and it’s the perfect pillow spray so you feel relaxed and you’re able to shut your mind off and rest. Much needed for me!

I have the soothing fresh eucalyptus CBD-infused hand cream. A must when traveling because the altitude is not nice to your skin. I am obsessed with all of the MOOD scents so I got one of each. The warm vanilla CBD-infused body cream is the perfect chill moisturizer after a day in the sun (and even great for keeping your skin soft during the winter). The last thing I use pretty regularly is the MOOD focused CBD-infused aromatherapy oil. I have ADD so I got the yellow one which is “focused” in the scent citrus twist. I keep it either on my desk at home or in my purse when I’m traveling.
