My Favorite Holiday Family Fun Activity

We went to see Grandma and Grandpa over the holidays and quickly realized we needed some fun-filled Christmas activities and holiday groceries to get in the Christmas spirit. I got loads of icing, sprinkles, gingerbread houses, cookies to decorate, and matching hats and holiday outfits. It was so much fun. Colt baby probably used all the icing on one cookie but he loved it.

Pro tip: Buy more icing than what comes in the package. I linked a few of my favorites. But this way everyone can grab a bottle of icing and decorate. It brings the family together so no one has to wait on decorating materials. I grabbed some extra sprinkles too!
You’ll also want to get a tablecloth, paper plates, and a plastic tray to build and display the gingerbread houses on. This will save you lots of time cleaning up too. I learned the hard way.
