Our Stay at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina!
My stay at the Luxury Boutique Hotel, The Restoration, was nothing short of breathtaking. The recently refurbished, 54-suite hotel will exceed your expectations. Tucked away off King Street, (Charleston’s most popular shopping scene) this hotel offers everything the modern-day traveler is looking for. From the Amethyst Spa, The Watch rooftop restaurant (hands down the best view of Charleston), The Rise coffee shop, Indigo Pool and Port Mercantile retail store, there is simply nothing that compares. With spacious rooms, exposed brick and fully stocked kitchenettes, I agree with Southern Living and their recent article, naming The Restoration as “The Best Hotel in South Carolina!”
The Restoration pays close attention to every amenity when it comes to creating the ultimate luxurious experience. Not only will you find matching robes and slippers but also included in every room are speciality Beekman 1802 soaps, lotions, and body wash. However, one of my favorite amenities offered that is also available to hotel guests, is the option to curate your own breakfast basket the night before. It’s so nice to wake up to a hand-delivered array of items; such as yogurt, fresh berries, granola, baked goods, smoked ham and much more! I totally took advantage of this. After fueling up from my breakfast, I was greeted downstairs with my complimentary Restoration bicycle. It was the PERFECT way to see Charleston in 24hrs. If you come to Charleston, look no further than The Restoration and live the high life in Low Country!
