How to Lead a More Mindful Life

Between work, family, friends and whatever else you sign yourself up for, life can get overwhelming. And it’s easy to get caught up in the hectic-ness of life. There are also breathing and meditation tutorials to help you on the app.

Since wearing the Spire wearable tracker, I have paid more attention to my mindfulness. Whenever it vibrates, I usually check my phone to see what kind of moment I was having so I know the state of my body. It’s interesting to see your moments of calm, focus or tense and what can trigger those streaks. Spire can also integrate with your calendar so you can go back and look at your moments and see what you were doing or even where you were – how crazy!

Spire Fitness Tracker has motivated me to attend yoga and meditation classes more frequently and really concentrate on my breathing. I don’t think I realized how much breathing and keeping a centered body can help you be more mindful in life (yes, this is a sponsored post but I really feel strongly about how Spire impacted my life in a few weeks).
