Who still feels like shit?

This girl.  The 4th of July swung me out of my awesome fitness routine hard core!  I’m talking processed food, pizza, BEER, lots and lots of beer, and fun! Swimming counts as fitness right? We’re good.  So this week I’ve been in full recovery mode and trying to get back into my routine!

I will tell you I had so much fun with flags and red white and blue!  So patriotic!

My activities included floating down the river, an event we like to call Shooting the Hooch.  I also went to the lake and got to paddle board.  I love the water!
